Coach Rae's philosophy is that Fitness should be FUN first (so that you look forward to it), but it should also challenge you and push you beyond your comfort zone to give you a great workout that will help burn calories, blast fat and build lean muscle mass to help you be stronger and leaner. 

 

As such she as several fitness formats that she teaches or has created to provide the FUN and Fitness that you need to assist you in your weight loss/wellness journey.

Hugiano means, “Health” and it is a gospel-inspired dance fitness format designed to burn calories, blast fat and build lean muscle mass.  

SitFit

Don’t think because you’re sitting down that this workout is going to be easy!  No…No…No!  You WILL get an AMAZING workout while you work your core, hip flexors and arms!  This workout is designed for those that have limited mobility in their lower extremities due to injury or pain.  Now, you can Sit & Get Fit!  

FFRAE on Demand

Now you can take FFRAE Fitness with you where ever you go!   Simply log in and you will gain access to all of Coach Rae’s fitness formats along with those of some her friends that she has brought along!
