About FFRAE

Fitness Finesse w/Rae (FFRAE) is a Holistic Health & Wellness marketplace ministry that focuses on the total health of a person.  We strive to provide programs and services that will assist the total person, with a specific focus on Wellness, Weight Loss and Fitness from a spiritual perspective and basis.

Our Foundational Scripture is 3 John 2, "Beloved, I wish above all things that ye prosper and be in Health even as thy soul prospereth".  The Greek term "Soteria" means  "Salvation" and the connotation derived from it is that it means Health and deliverance among other things.  As such, we believe that Jesus came to give us HEALTH and it is our mission to help those that want it, to achieve it!

We believe that there is not just one action to take in order to achieve Health, but that there are many factors that work together to bring about the desired Health.  Those actions incorporate the Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, Relational, Financial and Physical attributes of a person.

• Through our Fitness aspect of services provided, we address the physical and touch upon the mental & emotional possibly.

• Through our Weight Loss services, we address the physical, emotional and mental

• Through our Wellness services, we basically touch on all of those areas in one way or another.

We provide Holistic Wellness Services and Products, Weight Loss Coaching programs and various Fitness formats to help you achieve our goals.  Our mission is to help you achieve total wellness:  Mind, Body and Soul!
