Modules
Program Details
Our suggested route to take is the following:

You will begin with Module 1: Fuel Don't Fluff in Month 1. This module is 16 weeks long. As you progress through it, you will be adding in additional modules to begin practicing as you are working through it.

In Month 2, you will continue Module 1 and introduce Module 2.

In Month 3, you should have completed Module 2 (GUAM), and it should be a part of your daily activity. You will also still be continuing working through Module 1 (Fuel Don't Fluff). Now Introduce Module 3 (Hydrate).

In month 4, you will be finishing up the final month of Module 1 (Fuel Don't Fluff). If you have successfully grasped Steps 2 and 3 in that process of time, you can move to one of the optional modules: Step 4-Stress Management & Step 5: Sleep Mastery. These are optional because we recognize that you may not have an issue with one or either of these conditions. Pick the one that is applicable to you and proceed to begin it in month 4.

In Month 5, the steps you have already mastered should be well on their way of becoming a daily habit in your lifestyle. If you feel that you have not mastered any area, please do not move onto a new area until you have a stronger grasp. Meaning, you are practicing the habit at least 6 days out of the week and have no problem getting back on track should you miss a day or two.

Again, this is our suggested order, however, this program is adaptable, and the order of steps that we identified, is not set in stone. It was created in an effort to provide you with order and guidance. However, if you feel that you are more ready, willing and able to change or have identified a different goal that is important to you to implement first, you may opt to choose that model first. We want you to make this program what you need it to be, and you have the freedom and autonomy to start and proceed where you would like. We know that changing old habits and implementing new ones is not easy and we want to support you in this process.
