Are you looking to start or have you already started a Healthy Lifestyle journey, but not sure how or what you need to be eating?  Well, in this program, not only do I share with you what those healthy meals should consist of, we will also delve into looking at those "limiting factors" or obstacles or challenges that have held you back from achieving your goals.  I will help guide you through the process of Behavior Change that will help you identify those areas that are obstacles or barriers to helping you achieve your wellness goals and work with you to develop a plan of action to overcome those areas.
